Dean Riskin
CEO, Co-Founder
As the CEO and second-generation owner of Manny Roberts Hair Replacement, Dean Riskin has been immersed in the hair replacement industry his entire life. Since completing Ultissima Beauty School in 1983, he has continually modernized and expanded the family business, staying at the forefront of industry trends. Dean’s commitment to excellence is evident in the lasting relationships he has built, maintaining clients whose journeys began with his father in 1972. His philosophy is simple: treat every client like family and be a part of their life’s milestones.
Having worked with individuals facing various types of hair loss—including alopecia, chemotherapy treatments, head trauma, and even severe injuries—Dean developed a deep emotional connection with his clients. Recognizing the profound impact hair restoration has on confidence and self-esteem, he felt a strong calling to give back. As the backbone of Hair We Share, Dean has provided the facilities, resources, and unwavering support to ensure the organization thrives—allowing it to focus entirely on changing lives without financial overhead.

Suzanne Chimera
Co-Founder
Suzanne Chimera has dedicated her career to the beauty and wellness industry, bringing a compassionate approach to hair restoration. After becoming a licensed cosmetologist upon graduating high school in 1990, she pursued an associate degree in marketing from Nassau Community College in 1993, followed by a certification in massage therapy from the New York School for Holistic Health in 1996.
In 1994, Suzanne joined Manny Roberts Hair Replacement, where she has built and maintained a thriving client base, helping individuals regain their confidence through personalized hair solutions. Recognizing the emotional toll of hair loss, she began lecturing in cosmetology classrooms in 2006, educating students on its profound impact and advocating for greater awareness in the industry.
As a co-founder of Hair We Share, Suzanne is committed to ensuring that those facing medical hair loss receive the support and solutions they deserve, using her expertise to make a lasting difference in people’s lives.
