Parties: -Hair We Share Inc. (Nonprofit) – 350 Jericho Turnpike, Jericho, NY -Participating Salon (Business Corporation) Terms -Donation: Salon donates a percentage of gross sales, clearly advertised at the point of sale. -Payment: Donation must be paid within 14 days after the event. Agreements over 90 days require monthly accounting. -Use of Name: Salon may use Hair We Share’s name and logo to promote the fundraiser. Any descriptions must be approved. -Reporting: Salon submits total sales and donation report by August 15, 2024. -Records: Salon must maintain accurate sales records and provide copies upon request. Effective through August 15, 2024. Applies to CT, NY, and NJ residents.
